1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is TRACEABLE LUXURY SERVICES, S.L., tax ID B67613166, with registered address at Carretera Palma del Río, km 3,3, Parque Joyero de Córdoba, Fase 5, Fábrica 38, 14005 Córdoba, Spain, owner of the ETERIA brand. For anything related to your data, write to ciao@eteriajewellery.com.

2. What data we collect

When you become a member we collect your email address, together with the date, time and IP address from which you gave your consent and the text you accepted. We do not ask for any other personal data. You must be at least 14 years old to become a member.

3. Why we use it

• To send you emails about the ETERIA launch, our collections, events and exclusive offers.
• To keep a record of your consent, so that we can prove it if required.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions or to build profiles.

4. Legal basis

We send you emails on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 21 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act, LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before. We keep the record of your consent to comply with our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate it (Articles 6.1.c and 7.1 GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain a member. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our list straight away.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. It is stored on our own website and is only processed by the providers that host the website and deliver our emails, acting on our behalf, under contract and without being able to use it for their own purposes. Should any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this will only happen with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. To stop receiving our emails, use the unsubscribe link included in each of them. For any other request, write to ciao@eteriajewellery.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This page does not use cookies or any tracking or analytics technology. Fonts, images and video are served from our own server.
